Responsibility of Unit Owner Plant Beds!
Unit Owners are Responsible for the upkeep and Maintenance of the Flower and Shrub
beds on the Side & Back of their Units!
The Shrubs are to be Maintained in Height, at a level of the bottom of the windows,
in front of their Units!
The Beds shall be kept weed free at all times!
If the Unit Owner is Physically unable to properely Maintain their Flower & Shrub
Beds, the Responsibility is still theirs!
He/She must then contact Continental Management, get a copy of the Approved
Contractors List & hire someone to Maintain their Flower & Shrub Beds!
Replacing Overgrown or Dead Shrubs:
Unit Owner: Shrub Replacement! Unit Owner must go to Continental Management and get the form
necessary: That when properly filled out; can either be approved or denied by Gloucester A Board of Directors. If approved,
then, you can then make arrangements to have your Shrub replaced, with an approved Plant!
